Battle Creek Memorial Park
You will like the way we do things...

At Memorial Park, we take a personal interest in serving our families.
We believe our responsibility goes beyond the immediate care of the loved one you grieve. The entire staff at Memorial Park have been carefully chosen for their experience, compassion and their desire to serve others. We are all here to help you through the grieving process.

A service to the community.
The fountain at Memorial Park Battle Creek Memorial Park Association is owned and operated as a service to the community by the Kiwanis Club of Battle Creek. As a local non-profit cemetery association, our only allegiance is to the community we serve. (Not many cemeteries can say that anymore.) This local focus assures that Memorial Park will always reflect the values and traditions of our community. In addition, the Kiwanis Club's interest assures the orderly succession of future ownership and continuity of management.

Memorial Park is about choice.
We offer an extensive selection of traditional burial lots in a variety of garden settings. We offer mausoleum crypts and columbarium niches. We offer both granite and bronze memorials. Committal services are offered that recognize religious, ethnic and community customs combined with consideration for individual family tradition and preferences. Our heated, air conditioned and barrier free Chapel offers a comfortable caring alternative to traditional grave side committal services.

We know the importance of security.
Our fenced and gated grounds are intended to assure your security as well as to protect the memorials, decorations, features and landscaping. Our system of paved roads and on-site maintenance assures year-round access. Our new barrier free administration center, located on Territorial Road, has been designed to afford cemetery records protection from natural disasters, theft and vandalism.

We believe in natural beauty.
At Memorial Park we believe in the character and sincerity of natural decorations. Cut flowers are always welcome, winter greenery and potted plants are appropriate during specified seasons. View of Memorial Park

A cemetery should be forever.
Memorial Park will always be a showpiece that the community can be proud of, never a burden. The future care and maintenance of the entire cemetery is assured by the Associations fully funded perpetual care trusts.

These multi-million dollar trusts are professionally administered.
They are not subject to arbitrary or self-serving investment strategies of a small group of private owners. A board of trustees, comprised of local Kiwanians, is appointed by the Association Board to oversee the prudent investment and care of these funds. Memorial Park will always be self-sufficient and never dependent on the whims of local, state or federal government for funding of any kind.

Memorial Park is always ready to serve.
At a moments notice, should your loss occur unexpectedly, our skilled, compassionate staff can help you through the process. Or, we are prepared to sit down with you, your spouse, your children or friends and help you pre-plan for your cemetery needs. We would appreciate the opportunity to show you how pre-planning can assure your choice, satisfaction and peace of mind.

At Memorial Park, we know the value of a dollar.
Our products and services are competitively priced and offer exceptional value. We invite comparison. A variety of affordable payment plans are available.
Natural beauty is the goal of Memorial Park
